This cake comes from page 86 of "Betty Crocker's Cake Decorating". I didn't have black frosting color...yikes. And my kids don't like coconut, which would have looked a lot better. Oh, well!

A Little About Me
I am NOT a professional. That should be obvious in any of my pictures. The closest I got to a class was watching my amazing friend Susan in Ridgecrest and getting to practice some of her techniques. I still can't even frost a cake smoothly, but I LOVE being creative and seeing what I can come up with. I would love to someday get to spend some of my time planning simple kids' parties for people...so much fun for me.

LOVE this! It takes me back to my otter and whale days in science class with Leith. But I have to admit...yours is WAY cuter.
